Whatever you do, do not e-mail us. We have a forum for just this purpose. In the left menu you can see "Community"; click that and then click on "Forum". This will take you to our little community.
If you post a new topic by marking your subject title with a helpful title such as what your problem is, our staff and other members will try to help you as best as they can. When your problem is solved, and as long as you state in your post you have not found the problem in this FAQ, we will add it to the database for other future users who may experience the problem or may find your issue of interest.
NB: You need to create a user account on the forum to be able to post there.
