A Very Short Note...
Welcome to the 32nd Edition of the X-Universe News. It's a new month and we got exciting news to share. The long awaited demo for X³: Terran Conflict is now available for download and a new update has been released. We also want to remind you of the X³:TC Video Competition.

X³: Terran Conflict Rolling Demo Available for download
It is finally here! The long awaited demo for X³: Terran Conflict is now available for download. Enjoy!
As with the rolling demos of previous X games, this demo also features a benchmark mode so you can test and compare your system to others. Feel free to share and discuss your results on the forums.

Second update available
The 1.2.1. update addresses a performance issue that increased over time.
This update is just a small step into the direction of Update 1.3. We did not want to keep you waiting for the full set of fixes and enhancements planned for the next full update. As always you can find the update in our download section.
Attention: This update is not compatible with the Steam-version of X³:TC! The Steam-client will automatically downloaded the updated files.

A reminder
We want to remind you of the X³:TC Video Competition.
Create a video of X³: Terran Conflict, upload it to YouTube and post the link in our forum. A jury, consisting of the X³:TC developers, will evaluate the videos and choose the best ones.
The grand prize will be a Matrox TripleHead2Go Adapter! You can win also books, games and DVDs.

Registration now possible
You already know that you can buy X³: Terran Conflict also via Steam. But from today you can register this version at our forum as well.
To register, switch to the "My games" page in the Steam client. Now do a right click on X³: Terran Conflict and choose "Register game".
