What does the Ore Collector do and how do I use it?

It allows you to scoop up pieces of asteroid after you have broken it up with a mining laser. Fly up to the ore fragment, open your cargobay doors and scoop it up. There is no special key to activate the Ore Collector; it will operate automatically if installed.

If you have the Special Command Software Mk1 installed, you can use the Collect Ware or Collect all Wares commands to scoop up the ore fragments automatically.

NB: The Ore Collector works just as well on Silicon and other minerals.
